|About the Tours
- Can we take luggage on the tour?
|No, our buses are designed for smaller groups and have limited storage space.
Travelers can contact their hotel to make arrangements or there are lockers available at Central train station. Arrangements will need to be made well before the pick up time.
- There is no tour on the day I want to travel, will there be?
|If you do not see an available tour listed for the day you would like to travel, it may mean that the tour is already booked to capacity for that particular day, or that we do not have a tour scheduled for that day.|
Please contact us and let us know which date you would like to travel and we'll let you know if a tour is available.
- Can we take a stroller or pram?
|No, there is no room for storing extra strollers safely on the bus. We provide one "umbrella" folding stroller on each bus.|
- Is booking online safe/secure?
|Absolutely! Our booking page is protected by high grade SSL (secure socket layer) encryption which encrypts information transmitted between your computer and our server such that it can not be intercepted and viewed by any other party.|
All of the information you submit during the booking process is secure during transmission and saved securely in an encrypted format in our database. None of the information you provide is every transmitted in an unsafe manner, nor will we ever sell, rent or share your information with anyone for any reason.
- Why don't I see tour availability information?
Our booking team can always tell you if you call which tours are available if you are unable to see it on the web page.
We need credit card details to confirm your booking but no payment is put on the card. You can pay on the day of your tour by cash or credit card to the tour guide. $2 per person surcharge on Diners and Amex. You can cancel or change the booking up to 24 hours before departure (except private charters). If you feel uncomfortable sending your details over the internet, then please fill out everything on the booking form, print it and fax it to us on ( 612 ) 96387880.
Terms and Conditions:
Prices stated are in Australian Dollars ( $AUD ) include GST, and may be subject to change. No refund on tours cancelled less than 24 hours before departure. Minimum passenger numbers may apply. We retain the right to cancel tours, vary itineraries, amend fares and days of operation. No refunds for bad weather. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport or use the services of other tour operators. 100% cancellation fee applies on any tour cancelled by the passenger less than 24 hours before departure. Whilst all care is taken, no responsibility is accepted for lost belongings or delays. Hotel pick ups for registered guests only. Concession cards must be shown to the tour guide on the day of the tour to receive concession rate.
